Pupil Services Overview

The Pupil Services Office at Sunnybrook School Distirct is dedicated to supporting the diverse needs of our students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and equitable educational experience for all. Our team works closely with students, families, and staff to provide essential services, including special education, counseling, psychological services, and health support. We are committed to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that helps each student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Whether it's through tailored interventions, academic accommodations, or mental health resources, the Pupil Services Office is here to guide students on their path to success.

Mrs. Julianne Greene, Director of Pupil Services

 

Ms. Greene is the Director of Pupil Services, and works with both general education and special education students and their families. Advocating for students is a daily part of her responsibilities.

Since 1998, Juliann has been working in the classroom to help students to “crack the code” for overcoming learning challenges in the Least Restrictive Environment.  She started as a speech and language assistant, before becoming a special education teacher.  As a Resource Teacher, she worked with students in elementary and middle school before moving into school administration in 2008, shifting her role to have a different impact on students.  

Ms. Greene has earned 2 Masters’ Degrees in both Special Education and School Administration, and her Ed.S. in School Leadership.  She’s been serving as the Director of Pupil Services in Sunnybrook since 2022.

Working with families and forming meaningful school, home and community partnerships is not only part of the Sunnybrook mission statement, but her solid belief system.
